Meetings

Meetings of the full membership of the Association comprise the Annual General Meeting (AGM), plus any additional Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) which may be called by the Executive Committee or by members under the terms of the Constitution.

The AGM is normally held in June or July, at which the Officers of the Association and members of the Executive Committee are elected for the following year. They hold office until the next AGM.

The Executive Committee meets at additional times throughout the year to transact the business of the Association. Any member of the Association may make a request to attend these meetings to observe and take part in proceedings at the discretion of the Chair, but only members of the committee may vote.

Minutes of all meetings, whether General or Committee, are available to all Members.

Announcements of meetings in the current year will be published on this site in due course.
